Knowledge Exchange evaluation

Knowledge Exchange (KE) is a partnership of six key national organisations within Europe tasked with developing infrastructure and services to enable the use of digital technologies to improve higher education and research. In early 2018, it undertook a self-evaluation to provide an evidence base to reach a view about the future of the partnership. KE approached InformAll to produce a synthesis of the evaluation. Drawing from KE’s record of achievement between 2014 and 2017, and from views derived from its stakeholders and external experts, we produced a structured report that set out how the partnership is perceived, its capabilities, strengths and weaknesses, its working methods, its impact and ways it might improve.

InformAll presented this report to KE in May 2018. Although this was not made public, it has helped to inform a new collaborative agreement between KE and its partners, covering the next three-year period.
